Weight started going up after The Melting Pot. Heh.
Week #3 (ending 11-02-09) Weight stayed the same. 1.49 Exercised 3 days, but it was very light. Yes! And a lot of fruit. Week 3 Summary
Had a lot of trouble with anxiety this week, and Beth had a painful abrasion on her face from wearing her goggles every day, so we didn't go to the YMCA hardly at all. Rested a lot, which I needed.
Week #4 (ending 11-08-09) Note: I'm switching to a Monday-Sunday week, so that means this week was a day short. Weight stayed the same. 1.49 2/3 - And it was fairly light. One strength training session and one moderate walk. 2/3 - Only two vegetables that I counted. But my usual plethora of fruit. Week 4 Summary
I had some health issues this week that made it very hard to exercise, including a day of feeling really sick (thought it was Hamthrax, but it turned out to be a 24 bug). I'm totally giving myself a pass on this week, for health issues and stress. I'm impressed I did as much as I did.
