And my little kiddo is sick, and last week was a total bust when it comes to tracking or even halfway paying attention to healthy eating or exercise. So I’m going to take a week or two off. I’ll still post, but I’m not going to worry about progress or tracking while I’m figuring some things out.

Thanks! I’m glad you’re feeling better. I laughed when I read “get as much sleep as you can”. I was up all last night, and then slept allllllll day today. I think I’ve been awake a total of 4 hours since 5:30am. It’s been great. Of course now it’s ten minutes to midnight, and of course I’m wide awake.

i hear ya. I’ve come down with whatever this evil sickness is. This coupled with thanksgiving i feel like I’ve gained 20 lbs. and i can’t seem to put real clothes on. i’m living in pj’s! sigh. i hope you feel better!
